A 90-minute session covering both legs in two stages: 60 minutes face down for the calves and hamstrings, 30 minutes face up for the quadriceps, shins and feet — 45 minutes per leg.
Nine techniques follow the muscle lines, from warming stretches through calf release and acupoint work behind the knee, to six groups of sole reflex zones beginning at the Dung Tuyen point.
All-inclusive price 986.000đ, no extra charges.
Both legs in one 90-minute session: 60 minutes face down for the calves and hamstrings, 30 minutes face up for the quadriceps, shins and feet.
The calf muscles are worked open and tight spots released through a sequence of palm, finger, cross-fibre and muscle-separation strokes along the muscle line.
Four acupoints on the calf — Thua Son, Thua Can, Hop Duong, Uy Trung — plus four around the knee joint.
Six groups of reflex zones on the sole are worked in turn, starting at the Dung Tuyen point. In the view of foot reflexology, each zone corresponds to an area of the body.
Local blood flow is stimulated, stiffness eases and the nervous system relaxes.
The ankle regains its range through four-direction stretching and rotation within the joint's natural limit.
Relieves tired legs after a day of standing and walking — both legs in one session, 45 minutes each.
Helps ease heaviness and tightness in the calves — long stretching along the muscle line, releasing each knot.
Supports circulation in the legs — every stroke travels from the foot upward, with the flow of blood back to the heart.
Reduces mild end-of-day swelling around the ankles and the top of the foot.
Restores ankle range with four-direction stretching — walking feels noticeably lighter.
Stretches the hamstrings — when they shorten they pull on the lower back, so the back eases too.
Helps reduce night-time tightness in the leg muscles.
Warms the feet — suited to people whose feet are always cold.
Whole-body relaxation through 6 reflex zone groups on the sole, starting at Yongquan.
Supports recovery after exercise — less muscle soreness after training or a long walk.
Easier to fall asleep — light legs let the whole body rest deeply.
PEMF pulses run through the whole session — the targeted device on each tired point, the PEMF bed under the whole body.

Warming and softening the whole leg — force is tested before going deeper
Releasing the muscle heads from ankle to thigh, rotating the heel
Softening the foot muscles in three parts: heel — middle — forefoot
Working the six groups of sole reflex zones, starting at the Dung Tuyen point
Opening the calf: palm and finger strokes, muscle separation and the four acupoints Thua Son — Thua Can — Hop Duong — Uy Trung
Caring for the back of the knee and the three hamstring lines, with slow, even fold — hold — release
Switching legs and repeating the full sequence
Face up: quadriceps, shins and the four acupoints around the knee
Sole and top of the foot face up, four-direction stretch, then ankle rotation
Warm-towel wipe of both legs, then a moment of rest before leaving the bed
Devices used during the session
DPP Hyper Infinity PEMF device
Targeted pulse device — focuses the magnetic pulse on the sore spot and the acupoint while the Zener works
Investment value: 86,000,000 VND
DPP Rejuvenate PEMF bed
